RetconSoft AI Innovations LLP ("RetconSoft", "we", "our", or "us") operates Leadi5 CRM and related subscription services. This No Refund Policy explains our policy regarding payments, subscriptions, and refunds for all Leadi5 products and services purchased through our website, mobile applications, or sales team.
By purchasing or subscribing to Leadi5 CRM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.
All Sales Are Final
All subscription fees, add-on purchases, setup charges, and other payments made to RetconSoft for Leadi5 CRM are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Non-use or underuse of the service
- Dissatisfaction with features or performance
- Account cancellation or termination
- Downgrading from a higher plan to a lower plan
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
Free Trial
Leadi5 CRM offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the platform fully during the trial period before purchasing a paid subscription. The free trial is provided so you can assess whether Leadi5 meets your business needs prior to any financial commitment.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (quarterly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue. Renewal charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previously paid billing period. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid term.
Add-Ons and One-Time Purchases
Purchases of add-on modules (such as WhatsApp messaging credits, email campaign packages, IVR, RCS, or AI voice agents) and any one-time fees are also non-refundable once delivered or activated.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review verified billing errors and, at our sole discretion, may issue a correction or credit. This exception applies only to genuine billing mistakes and not to standard subscription charges.
GST and Taxes
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, including 18% GST as required under Indian law. Taxes paid are non-refundable.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this No Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Leadi5 CRM after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
